Elyssa graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Masters of Podiatric Practice at La Trobe University in Melbourne. Elyssa grew up in Tamworth and Sydney but moved to Melbourne to pursue a career in Podiatry and hasn’t looked back. Elyssa is currently pursuing a career in Podiatric surgery and is undertaking further study to become an endorsed podiatrist.
Elyssa has a keen interest in treating ingrown toenails, warts and different skin presentations. Elyssa is also interested in treating overuse injuries such as achilles, shin pain and plantar heel pain pathologies.
Having worked in the health industry for the last 10 years, Elyssa utilises different communication and treatment techniques to help you reach your goals and enhance your outcomes. Elyssa’s main focus is ensuring you understand why your issue has occurred and works with you to select the best treatment option. When assessing lower limb complaints, Elyssa employs a holistic approach to ensure you return to life, pain-free.
Outside of work Elyssa enjoys strength training at the gym, Vinyasa flow yoga and loves cooking and experimenting with new recipes.
