Through 4+ years working at Footpro and Active Feet, Tristan has developed an advanced understanding and knowledge of footwear appropriate for many pathologies and sports where he conducted many gait analyses.
Tristan understands and values the importance of adopting a holistic yet evidence-based approach when treating and managing lower limb conditions. Tristan has first-hand experience with long-term injury rehabilitation from a previous ACL injury, hence he understands the challenges involved in returning to full function whilst knowing the importance communication, education and expectations can have on helping achieve your goals. Tristan enjoys working with athletes of all levels.
Tristan is always looking to improve his knowledge and further develop his treatment modalities through dry needling, mobilisation, strength and conditioning and bike fitting courses.
Outside of work, Tristan cycles and runs, or you will find him immersed in watching his beloved Essendon Football Club play or the NBA and cricket. If there is a sport on, he is most likely watching it!
