Mia is a podiatrist originally from Adelaide with a strong interest in sports injuries, tendinopathies, and post-surgical rehabilitation of the foot and ankle. She has a passion for supporting athletic performance and works with active individuals of all levels, from those returning to activity to experienced athletes.
With a background in podiatry and athletic performance, Mia combines biomechanical expertise with practical experience in rehabilitation, load management, and physical conditioning. She has also completed further training in dry needling, running biomechanics, and foot mobilisation to support well-rounded lower limb care.
Mia’s treatment style is evidence-based, patient-focused, and tailored to each person’s goals. She combines a thorough biomechanical assessment with a holistic view of how factors like movement patterns, training load, and overall health impact injury and recovery.
