Originally from sunny Brisbane, Niss is a passionate and dedicated podiatrist with a special interest in hypermobility and connective tissue disorders, as well as running-related injuries and performance optimization
Since completing her Bachelor of Podiatry at Queensland University of Technology, Niss has undertaken further training in dry needling and running gait analysis and retraining, which she integrates into her holistic approach to lower limb health. Her clinical style blends biomechanical expertise with a holistic understanding of how a range of factors – from mechanical overload to systemic or connective tissue conditions – can shape pain, function, and recovery.
Whether working with recreational runners, individuals with chronic or complex multi-system presentations, or anyone seeking to move with less pain, Niss is known for her detailed assessments, collaborative care, and thoughtful, personalized rehabilitation planning.
